National Handicrafts and Handlooms Museum

The National Handicrafts and Handlooms Museum is situated on one side of the Pragati Maidan, facing the Purana Qila complex. The Museum has an amazing collection of eclectic folk art from different parts of India. The artifacts are beautifully displayed both in open areas as well as inside the main building of the museum. The quality of the exhibited artworks is simply awesome and you can easily spend the whole day marveling at the spectacular art. Avid art lovers get a chance to expand their horizon of learning about various regions. There is a cafe with serving delicious food and souvenir store selling outstanding handicrafts in the museum complex.
