Located near Patel Chwk Metro Station at 20, Ashoka Road, Janpath, and Sansad Marg Area, close To Dak Bhavan. The Delhi Metro museum was founded in 1995. Although not very big it is known worldwide as South Asia's first modern Metro Museum and showcases the Delhi Metro which was inaugurated in New Delhi. The museum exhibits the genesis, history and the journey of the prestigious Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC). It displays a big collection of display panels showing the historical photographs ranging from the drawing boards, to important milestones, rail gauge, etc as well on the exemplary management style and unique work culture of the DMRC.
Timings: 10:00 AM - 4: 00 PM. Closed on Monday.
