Built in 1783 this historical gurudwara one marks the site of cremation of the ninth Sikh Guru, commemorating his martyrdom for saving Hindu Kashmiri Pandits, under the orders of Mughal Emperor Aurangzeb. Built near old Raisina village at Pandit Pant Marg near parliament house, the architectural style of the majestic Gurudwara is characteristic of Sikh Gurudwars. The Shabad Kirtan, which are sacred hymns are sung by devotees in this religious worship house. The atmosphere is really divine, serene and peaceful.Everyone can enter the gurudwar but the head should be covered with a piece of cloth which is provided at the entrance
