Chennai is a huge metropolitan city which offers a unique amalgamation of old culture and modern lifestyle. Visit the famous places in Chennai like Marina Beach, Fort museum, Santhome Cathedral etc to have real feel of the city. This trip gives you a chance to visit Tirumala Venkateshwara Temple which one of the most sacred and richest Indian temple attracting tourists from across the world. Experience the grandeur of Charminar and Salar Jung Museum located in Hyderabad.

Itinenary

Day 01

Arrive in Chennai

The tour representative will pick you up from the airport or railway station and transfer you to your chosen hotel and assist you in the check-in process. After resting for a while, you can step out to explore the beautiful city of Chennai and visit some popular places of tourist interest. Visit the Kapaleeshwarar Temple, the majestic Dravidian-style temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. You can also take a stroll at the Edward Elliots Beach or visit the Fort St. George, the first English fortress in India. In the evening, return to the hotel to enjoy a pleasant dinner. Overnight stay will be at the hotel.

Day 02

Chennai

After breakfast, the tour representative will pick you up for the City Tour. Visit the Government Museum to witness the largest collection of Roman antiquities. It is the second oldest museum in the country with a fascinating range of bronze artefacts and paintings. After that, proceed to drive through the Flower and Fruit market, while visiting other sightseeing places on the way such as High Court, Marina Beach, Santhome Cathedral, Fort Museum and Chennai Snake Park. After the city tour is over, you can visit some of the famous shopping destinations in the city. Finally, you return to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
